头颈部肿瘤放疗患者口腔功能锻炼中视频宣教结合回授法的应用研究

摘要

目的 探讨视频宣教结合回授法在头颈部肿瘤放疗患者口腔功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法 选取本院2024年1月至2024年11月收治的 68 例头颈部放疗患者,随机分为对照组(常规口头宣教)与观察组(视频宣教+回授法)。比较两组患者干预后口腔黏膜炎严重程度(WHO分级)、张口困难发生率、口腔功能锻炼依从率。结果 观察组在黏膜炎严重程度显著低于对照组;张口困难发生率显著低于对照组;锻炼依从性方面显著优于对照组,数值差异有统计学意义(P< 0.05)。结论 表明视频宣教结合回授法可有效提升患者口腔功能锻炼效果和体验,值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of video education combined with feedback method in oral function exercise for patients with head and neck tumors undergoing radiotherapy.
Methods Sixty eight patients admitted to our hospital from March 2024 to November 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional oral education) and an observation group (video education + feedback method). Compare the severity of oral mucositis (WHO classification), incidence of mouth opening difficulties, and compliance with oral functional exercise between two groups of patients after intervention.
Results The severity of mucosal inflammation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group; The incidence of difficulty in opening the mouth was significantly lower than that of the control group; The exercise compliance was significantly better than the control group, and the numerical difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of video education and feedback can effectively improve the effectiveness and experience of patients' oral function exercise, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
