The effect of personalized nursing intervention on neuralgia and negative emotions in patients with herpes zoster
个性化护理干预对带状疱疹患者神经痛、负性情绪的影响

摘要

目的 探讨对带状疱疹患者实施个性化护理的效果，分析其对患者负性情绪、神经痛的影响。方法纳入对象为78例带状疱疹患者，筛选时间为2023年1月至2024年12月，以双色球法分为观察组（39例，给予个性化护理）和对照组（39例，给予常规护理）。比较两组患者干预前后神经痛的改善程度、负性情绪以及并发症发生率。结果 观察组干预后疼痛程度（数字评分法NRS评分）明显低于对照组，P＜0.05；干预后焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分对比，以观察组更低，P＜0.05；干预后抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分对比，观察组低于对照组，P＜0.05；并发症发生率对比，观察组为2.56%，对照组为15.38%，P＜0.05。 结论 对带状疱疹患者实施个性化护理，能够有效改善患者的负性情绪，减轻神经痛的严重程度，降低并发症发生率，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing for patients with herpes zoster and analyze its impact on negative emotions and neuralgia in patients.
Methods A total of 78 patients with herpes zoster were enrolled and screened from January 2023 to December 2024. They were divided into an observation group (39 cases, receiving personalized care) and a control group (39 cases, receiving routine care) using the double color ball method. Compare the degree of improvement in neuropathic pain, negative emotions, and incidence of complications between two groups of patients before and after intervention.
Results After intervention, the pain level (NRS score using the numerical scoring method) in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, P＜0.05; Comparison of Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) scores after intervention showed that the observation group had lower scores, P＜0.05; Comparison of Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) scores after intervention showed that the observation group had lower scores than the control group, P＜0.05; The incidence of complications was compared, with an observation group of 2.56% and a control group of 15.38%, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Personalized nursing for patients with herpes zoster can effectively improve their negative emotions, reduce the severity of neuralgia, and lower the incidence of complications, which is worth promoting.
