摘要
      目的 探究在卵巢恶性肿瘤患者术后进行延续性护理时应用个体化营养干预效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年12月期间在我院接受手术治疗的60例卵巢恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者术后给予常规延续性护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予个体化营养干预,评估患者护理效果。结果 观察组患者各项营养指标更优,对比P<0.05。患者SF-36护理前评分对比P>0.05,护理干预后观察组更优,对比P<0.05。结论 在卵巢恶性肿瘤患者术后进行延续性护理时应用个体化营养干预效果显著,可改善患者营养状态,提高患者生活质量,证明该护理方法可在临床推广。

    Abstract
    Objective To explore the effect of personalized nutritional intervention in postoperative continuous care for patients with ovarian malignant tumors. Methods Sixty patients with ovarian malignant tumors who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group patients received routine continuity of care after surgery, while the observation group patients received individualized nutritional intervention on the basis of the control group, and the nursing effect of the patients was evaluated. Results The observation group had better nutritional indicators, with a comparison of P<0.05. The SF-36 scores of patients before nursing were compared with P>0.05, and the observation group was better after nursing intervention, with a comparison of P<0.05. Conclusion   Individualized nutritional intervention has a significant effect on postoperative continuity of care for patients with ovarian malignant tumors, improving their nutritional status and quality of life. This proves that this nursing method can be promoted in clinical practice.
