Analysis of psychological status characteristics and psychological intervention effects in middle-aged and elderly stroke end-stage patients receiving palliative care
安宁疗护中老年卒中终末期患者心理状况特征分析与心理干预效果

摘要

目的 分析安宁疗护中老年卒中终末期患者心理状况特征并探究心理干预效果。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月本院收治的老年卒中终末期患者100例进行研究，通过问卷调查、访谈等方式收集患者心理状况信息，采用针对性心理干预措施，并对比干预前后的心理状态。结果 老年卒中终末期患者心理特征主要包含焦虑、抑郁、孤独感、对死亡的恐惧、愤怒、否认心理以及愧疚心理，因此安宁疗护需重点关注其心理特征而展开。干预后患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪评分显著降低（P<0.05），生活满意度与心理舒适度明显提升。结论 针对老年卒中终末期患者开展心理干预，能够有效改善其心理状况，提升安宁疗护质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the psychological characteristics of middle-aged and elderly stroke patients in palliative care and explore the effectiveness of psychological intervention.
Methods A total of 100 elderly stroke end-stage patients admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected for the study. Psychological status information of patients was collected through questionnaire surveys, interviews, and other methods. Targeted psychological intervention measures were adopted, and the psychological status before and after the intervention was compared.
Results The psychological characteristics of elderly stroke end-stage patients mainly include anxiety, depression, loneliness, fear of death, anger, denial, and guilt. Therefore, palliative care needs to focus on their psychological characteristics. After intervention, patients' negative emotional scores such as anxiety and depression were significantly reduced (P<0.05), and their life satisfaction and psychological comfort were significantly improved.
Conclusion   Psychological intervention for elderly stroke end-stage patients can effectively improve their psychological condition and enhance the quality of palliative care.
