医护合作护理对宫腔镜检查患者围术期焦虑及应激反应的改善作用

摘要

目的 探究医护合作护理对宫腔镜检查患者围术期焦虑及应激反应的改善作用。方法 选取2023年3月-2024年3月本院收治的宫腔镜手术治疗患者209例进行研究，采取抽签法分组，对照组行常规护理，观察组行医护合作护理。采取焦虑自评量表（Self rating Anxiety Scale，SAS）评估患者护理前后的焦虑指数；采取术后恢复质量评分量表（QoR-40）评估患者应激反应程度。结果 护理前两组的焦虑情绪以及应季反应程度无对比意义，P>0.05。护理后观察组焦虑指数偏低，术后恢复质量偏高P<0.05。结论 针对宫腔镜患者实施医护合作护理，可缓解围术期焦虑 降低检查引起的应激反应，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the improvement effect of doctor-nurse cooperative nursing on perioperative anxiety and stress response in patients undergoing hysteroscopy.
Methods A total of 209 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected for the study. They were grouped by lottery. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received cooperative care between doctors and nurses. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) was used to evaluate the anxiety index of patients before and after nursing. The Postoperative Quality of Recovery Scale (QoR-40) was used to evaluate the degree of stress response of the patients.
Results Before the nursing care, there was no comparison in the anxiety and seasonal response degrees between the two groups, P>0.05. After the nursing care, the anxiety index of the observation group was relatively low, and the postoperative recovery quality was relatively high (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of doctor-nurse cooperative care for patients undergoing hysteroscopy can alleviate the stress response caused by perioperative anxiety reduction examinations and is worthy of promotion.
