Application analysis of respiratory rehabilitation nursing in non-invasive ventilator treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
呼吸康复护理在无创呼吸机治疗慢阻肺患者中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析在慢阻肺患者的临床护理方案中应用呼吸康复护理的医学价值。方法 将2022年1月-2023年12月内就诊的慢阻肺患者76例入试验研究，而后以同等随机法分38例对照组常规护理，38例观察组呼吸康复护理。对比呼吸功能、辅助呼吸肌动用评分以及运动评分。结果 护理前，两组患者指标对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。而护理后，观察组FEV1、FEV1/FVC、辅助呼吸肌动用评分、MRC评分均优于对照组，差异对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 慢阻肺患者的临床护理方案中应用呼吸康复护理可提高呼吸功能，减少呼吸肌做功，增加运动能力，让患者受益。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of applying respiratory rehabilitation nursing in the clinical nursing plan of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
Methods 76 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who received treatment between January 2022 and December 2023 were enrolled in the experimental study. They were then randomly divided into a control group (n=38) receiving routine nursing care and an observation group (n=38) receiving respiratory rehabilitation nursing care. Compare respiratory function, assisted breathing muscle mobilization score, and exercise score.
Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the indicators between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After nursing, the observation group had better FEV1, FEV1/FVC, assisted respiratory muscle mobilization score, and MRC score than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of respiratory rehabilitation nursing in the clinical nursing plan of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve respiratory function, reduce respiratory muscle work, increase exercise ability, and benefit patients.
