Effect of fine nursing intervention on maintenance of autogenous arteriovenous fistula in dialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy (DN)
精细化护理干预对糖尿病肾病（diabetic nephropathy, DN）透析患者自体动静脉内瘘维护效果的影响

摘要

目的 探讨对糖尿病肾病（diabetic nephropathy，DN）透析患者实施精细化护理干预对其自体动静脉内瘘维护效果的影响。方法 纳入74例DN患者为研究对象，均于2024年1月至2025年1月在本院进行血液透析治疗。随机将其分为2组，均37例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施精细化护理干预，比较干预效果。结果 观察组自体动静脉内瘘维护效果优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组自护依从性高于对照组（P＜0.05）；与对照组相比，观察组不良事件发生率更低（P＜0.05）。结论 将精细化护理实施于血液透析DN患者中效果显著，不仅可以优化患者自体动静脉内瘘维护效果，还可以提高其自护依从性，并降低并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of fine nursing intervention on the maintenance of autogenous arteriovenous fistula in dialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy (DN).
Methods 74 DN patients were included as the study subjects, all of whom underwent hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. Randomly divide them into two groups, with 37 cases in each group. The control group receives routine nursing care, while the observation group receives refined nursing intervention. Compare the intervention effects.
Results The maintenance effect of autologous arteriovenous fistula in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05); The self-care compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); Compared with the control group, the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of refined nursing in DN patients undergoing hemodialysis has significant effects. It can not only optimize the maintenance of the patient's arteriovenous fistula, but also improve their self-care compliance and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
