The impact of personalized nursing combined with continuity of care intervention on lung function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure
个性化护理结合延续性护理干预对慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者肺功能及生活质量影响

摘要

目的 探究分析个性化护理结合延续性护理干预对慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者肺功能及生活质量影响。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月期间，院内慢阻肺呼吸衰竭患者共62例，作为此次研究对象。应用随机数表法，将62例患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用个性化护理结合延续性护理，对比两组肺功能状态；生活质量。结果 干预前：两组肺功能状态及生活质量对比无差异，P＞0.05。干预后观察组SF-36评分高于对照组，肺功能状态优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 个性化护理结合延续性护理可显著改善患者肺功能状态；生活质量，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of personalized nursing combined with continuity of care intervention on lung function and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
Methods A total of 62 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) respiratory failure admitted to the hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Using the random number table method, 62 patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received personalized care combined with continuity of care. The lung function status of the two groups was compared; Quality of life.
Results Before intervention, there was no difference in lung function status and quality of life between the two groups, P＞0.05. After intervention, the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the lung function status was better than that of the control group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Personalized nursing combined with continuity of care can significantly improve patients' lung function status; The quality of life is worth promoting and applying.
