Clinical application of herbal hot pack combined with auricular patch in the care of abdominal distension in patients with accumulation disease
中药热奄包联合耳穴贴敷在积聚病患者腹胀护理中的临床应用研究

摘要

目的 观察中药热奄包配合耳穴压豆对积聚病患者腹胀中的疗效。方法 选取2024年1月至2024年12月本院接受治疗且签署知情同意书的积聚病患者60例，采取随机原则将纳入本次研究患者平均分成选择中药热奄包配合耳穴压豆等中医护理的观察组和常规护理的对照组，对比临床护理效果。结果 观察组患者腹胀问题改善效果优于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。观察组患者症状积分改善效果优于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对积聚病患者实施全过程优质护理的效果显著，有助于改善腹胀，干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combining traditional Chinese medicine heat poultice with auricular acupressure for abdominal distension in Qi stagnation syndrome patients.
Methods A total of 60 Qi stagnation syndrome patients who received treatment at our hospital between January 2024 and December 2024 and signed informed consent forms were selected. Using randomization, these patients were evenly divided into two groups: the observation group receiving combined traditional Chinese medicine heat poultice and auricular acupressure care, and the control group receiving standard care. Clinical outcomes were compared.
Results The observation group demonstrated significantly better improvement in abdominal distension symptoms (P<0.05) and symptom scores (P<0.05) compared to the control group.
Conclusion   Implementing comprehensive high-quality nursing care for Qi stagnation syndrome patients yields significant therapeutic effects, effectively alleviating abdominal distension with precise intervention outcomes.
