The effect of rehabilitation nursing in the care of children with severe viral encephalitis
康复护理应用于小儿重症病毒性脑炎护理中的效果

摘要

目的 研究对小儿重症病毒性脑炎患者应用实施康复护理时对其所展现的实施效果与实施价值。方法 本次研究的病例数为100例，他们均来自于2023年5月-2025年5月我院收治护理的小儿重症病毒性脑炎患者，根据奇偶数随机原则将其分为对照组和观察组，分别应用常规护理干预和康复护理干预，并对两组患儿的生存质量评分、自理能力和护理满意度进行评价分析。结果 经干预后观察组的生存质量和自理能力更高，护理满意度更高。组间数值P＜0.05，说明存在对比意义。结论 对小儿重症病毒性脑炎患者应用实施康复护理时其临床护理效果显著，能够有效改善患者的护理质量和护理满意度，提高患者的生存质量和运动能力，改善患者的自我护理能力，值得在临床上进行推广。

Abstract

Objective To study the implementation effect and value of rehabilitation nursing for children with severe viral encephalitis.
Methods The number of cases in this study was 100, all of whom were pediatric patients with severe viral encephalitis admitted and cared for in our hospital from May 2023 to May 2025. According to the principle of odd-even randomization, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, and were respectively treated with conventional nursing intervention and rehabilitation nursing intervention. The quality of life scores, self-care abilities and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children were evaluated and analyzed.
Results After the intervention, the quality of life and self-care ability of the observation group were higher, and the satisfaction with nursing was also higher. The inter-group value P < 0.05 indicates the existence of comparative significance.
Conclusion   When rehabilitation nursing is applied to children with severe viral encephalitis, the clinical nursing effect is remarkable. It can effectively improve the nursing quality and satisfaction of patients, enhance their quality of life and motor ability, and improve their self-care ability. It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
