摘要
总结1例体外膜肺氧合（ECMO）救治免疫检查点抑制剂（ICIs）相关性心肌炎致持续电风暴患者的护理。护理要点：组建多学科应急小组，明确分工；及时除颤，配合药物治疗维持心率，全程心电监护，启动静脉-动脉体外膜肺氧合（VA-ECMO）；做好血浆置换与连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）护理，预防有创操作感染；ECMO运行时，实施个性化抗凝管理，防控感染，并提供营养支持与心理支持。经过治疗与精细护理，患者入院23天后出院。

Abstract
Summarize the nursing care of a patient with persistent electrical storm caused by immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)-related myocarditis treated by extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO). Key points of nursing: Form a multi-disciplinary emergency response team and clearly define responsibilities. Timely defibrillation, combined with drug treatment to maintain heart rate, full-course electrocardiogram monitoring, and initiation of VA-ECMO. Ensure proper plasma exchange and continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT) care to prevent infections from invasive procedures. During the operation of ECMO, personalized anticoagulation management is implemented to prevent and control infections, and nutritional and psychological support is provided.
