Observation of the effects of a patient-centered comprehensive nursing model in patients with severe traumatic brain injury
以患者需求为导向的全方位护理模式用于重症颅脑损伤患者中的效果观察

摘要

目的 探讨以患者需求为导向的全方位护理模式在重症颅脑损伤患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年1月-2023年12月收治的115例重症颅脑损伤患者为研究对象，采用数字表法随机分为研究组（58例）和对照组（57例）。对照组实施常规重症护理，研究组实施以患者需求为导向的全方位护理模式。比较两组患者护理后的神经功能缺损评分（NIHSS）、并发症发生率、护理满意度及住院时间。结果 护理后，研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；研究组并发症发生率（6.90%）低于对照组（21.05%）（P<0.05）；研究组护理满意度（96.55%）高于对照组（82.46%）（P<0.05）；研究组住院时间短于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对重症颅脑损伤患者实施以患者需求为导向的全方位护理模式，可有效改善患者神经功能，降低并发症发生风险，提高护理满意度，缩短住院时间。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of a patient-centered comprehensive nursing model in patients with severe traumatic brain injury (TBI).
Methods A total of 115 patients with severe TBI admitted from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a research group (58 patients) and a control group (57 patients) using a numerical table method. The control group received routine critical care, while the research group received a patient-centered comprehensive nursing model. The two groups were compared in terms of post-nursing neurological function impairment scores (NIHSS), incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, and length of hospital stay.
Results After nursing, the NIHSS scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); the incidence of complications in the research group (6.90%) was lower than that in the control group (21.05%) (P<0.05); nursing satisfaction in the research group (96.55%) was higher than that in the control group (82.46%) (P<0.05); and the length of hospital stay in the research group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a patient-centered comprehensive nursing model for patients with severe TBI can effectively improve neurological function, reduce the risk of complications, increase nursing satisfaction, and shorten hospital stay.
