背部全息经络刮痧对肝阳上亢型头痛患者的护理疗效观察

摘要

目的 讨论及研究背部全经络刮痧对肝阳上亢型头痛患者的护理疗效。方法 选择2023年1月份至2024年12月份在我院进行治疗的80例患者进行研究，平均分成对照组和实验组，对照组常规护理联合西药治疗，实验组在对照组基础上提供背部全经络刮痧联合针对性治疗，对比两组患者中医证候积分、视觉模拟评分、头痛影响测定-6评分。结果 两组患者提供不同的干预措施后，实验组患者中医证候积分优于对照组，p<0.05，评估患者的疼痛程度，实验组低于对照组，p<0.05，判断患者的头痛影响测定-6评分，实验组低于对照组，p<0.05。结论 为肝阳上亢型头痛患者提供背部全经络刮痧治疗期间给予有效的护理，可以改善患者临床症状，减轻患者头痛，促进患者恢复，值得提倡。

Abstract

Objective To discuss and study the nursing efficacy of back meridian scraping therapy for patients with liver yang hyperactivity type headache.
Methods A total of 80 patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected for the study and divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received routine nursing combined with Western medicine treatment, while the experimental group received back meridian scraping combined with targeted treatment on the basis of the control group. The two groups of patients were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, visual simulation scores, and headache impact measurement-6 scores.
Results After providing different intervention measures, the experimental group had better TCM syndrome scores than the control group, p<0.05, Assess the level of pain in patients, the experimental group was lower than the control group, p<0.05, The impact of headache on patients was evaluated using a score of -6, and the experimental group was lower than the control group, p<0.05.
Conclusion   Providing effective nursing care during the back meridian scraping treatment for patients with liver yang hyperactivity type headache can improve clinical symptoms, alleviate headaches, and promote recovery, which is worthy of promotion.
