Study on perinatal psychological nursing intervention of pregnancy women with diabetes
妊娠合并糖尿病患者围产期心理护理干预研究

摘要

目的 分析围产期妊娠合并糖尿病患者实施心理护理干预的效果。方法 挑选六盘水市妇幼保健院两年期间收治的围产期妊娠合并糖尿病患者（样本纳入时间：2023.11-2025.8；样本纳入例数：100例），利用随机数字表法进行分组，划分为对照组（归类到该组的患者进行常规护理，n=50）与研究组（归属于该组的患者进行心理护理，n=50）。对比两组的心理状态及不良妊娠结局。结果 在焦虑评分与抑郁评分上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。在不良妊娠结局发生率上，研究组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对围产期妊娠合并糖尿病患者开展心理护理干预，有助于舒缓负性情绪，临床可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on perinatal pregnancy with diabetes.
Methods The perinatal pregnancy patients with diabetes who were admitted to Liupanshui Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital for two years (sample included time: 2023.11-2025.8; sample included number: 100 cases) were selected and divided into control group (patients classified into this group received routine care, n=50) and research group (patients belonging to this group received psychological care, n=50) by random number table. Compare the psychological state and adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups.
Results In terms of anxiety and depression scores, the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Psychological nursing intervention for perinatal pregnancy patients with diabetes is helpful to relieve negative emotions and can be further popularized in clinical practice.
