The impact of narrative nursing combined with perioperative rapid rehabilitation on postoperative psychological coping strategies and urinary control function in prostate cancer patients
叙事护理联合围手术期快速康复对前列腺癌患者术后心理应对方式及控尿功能的影响

摘要

目的 探究在前列腺癌患者术后护理中实施叙事护理联合围术期快速康复（ERAS）的效果。方法 选取60例前列腺癌术后患者作为研究对象，上述患者均在2024年5月至2025年5月期间就诊于我院，按照护理方法的不同分为观察组（叙事护理联合围手术期ERAS）与对照组（常规护理），每组30例。对比两组前列腺排尿症状（IPSS评分）、心理应对方式、控尿能力以及生活质量。结果 观察组IPSS评分低于对照组，心理应对方式、控尿能力以及生活质量均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在前列腺癌术后给予患者叙事护理联合围手术期ERAS可对患者的控尿能力起到显著改善作用，同时缓解患者负性情绪，改善心理状态。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of implementing narrative nursing combined with rapid perioperative rehabilitation (ERAS) in the postoperative care of prostate cancer patients.
Methods Sixty patients after prostate cancer surgery were selected as the research subjects, all of whom were treated in our hospital from May 2024 to May 2025, and were divided into observation group (narrative nursing combined with perioperative ERAS) and control group (usual care) according to different nursing methods, with 30 cases in each group. Prostate voiding symptoms (IPSS score), psychological coping style, urinary control ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.
Results The IPSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the psychological coping style, urinary control ability, and quality of life were all better than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Giving patients narrative care combined with perioperative ERAS after prostate cancer surgery can significantly improve the patient's urinary control ability, relieve the patient's negative emotions, and improve the psychological state.
