摘要
目的 总结分析预见性疼痛护理用于主动脉夹层护理的效果。方法 以2024年1月至2025年1月治疗的80例主动脉夹层患者作为研究对象，应用双盲法分成对照组与实验组，各40例。给予对照组常规护理，实验组应用常规护理+预见性疼痛护理。结果 实验组的疼痛程度、疼痛缓解时间、住院时间以及护理满意度均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在主动脉夹层护理中应用预见性疼痛护理，可改善患者的疼痛情况，缩短疼痛时间和住院时间，提高护理满意度。

Abstract
Objective To summarize and analyze the effect of predictive pain care in the care of aortic dissection. Methods Eighty patients with aortic dissection treated from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects and divided into the control group and the experimental group by double-blind method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, while the experimental group was applied with routine care + predictive pain care. Results The pain degree, pain relief time, hospital stay and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of predictive pain care in the nursing of aortic dissection can improve the pain conditions of patients, shorten the duration of pain and hospital stay, and increase the satisfaction of nursing.
