摘要
本研究立足于护理本科教育阶段,以《急危重症护理学》课程为依托,系统探讨思政教育融入专业课程的教学改革路径。通过深入挖掘课程中蕴含的思政元素,构建结构化的思政教学资源库,并结合案例教学、情景模拟、反思讨论等多元化教学方法,将爱国爱岗、救死扶伤的职业精神,以及人文关怀能力与社会责任感培养贯穿于教学全过程。在初步实践中,该教学模式有效激发了学生的职业认同与学习动力,提升了其在复杂临床情境中的综合判断与人文素养。本研究为推进护理专业课程思政建设提供了可操作的实践案例,对培养具备高尚职业道德和扎实专业能力的新时代高质量护理人才具有积极意义。

Abstract
This study, grounded in undergraduate nursing education and centered on the Critical Care Nursing course, systematically explores teaching reform pathways for integrating ideological and political education into professional curricula. By deeply exploring the ideological and political elements embedded within the course, constructing a structured repository of ideological and political teaching resources, and integrating diverse teaching methods such as case-based learning, scenario simulations, and reflective discussions, the teaching process holistically incorporates the cultivation of professional ethics—including patriotism, dedication to one's post, and the commitment to saving lives and alleviating suffering—alongside the development of humanistic care capabilities and social responsibility. Preliminary implementation demonstrates that this teaching model effectively stimulates students' professional identity and learning motivation while enhancing their comprehensive judgment and humanistic literacy in complex clinical scenarios. This study provides an actionable practical case for advancing ideological and political education within nursing curricula, holding significant implications for cultivating high-quality nursing professionals in the new era who possess noble professional ethics and solid specialized competencies.
