Analysis of the advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing program (Pediatric massage + Acupoint application + Traditional Chinese medicine hot compress) in children with typhoid fever
中西医结合护理方案（小儿推拿+穴位贴敷+中药热奄包）在鼠伤寒患儿中的应用优势分析

摘要

目的 探讨与分析中西医结合护理方案（小儿推拿+穴位贴敷+中药热奄包）在鼠伤寒患儿临床治疗中的应用效果与优势分析。方法 回顾性分析2023年1月至2025年10月年广州医科大学附属市八医院收治的80例鼠伤寒沙门菌肠炎患儿的临床资料，我院收治的80例鼠伤寒患儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组给予常规抗感染治疗及标准护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施中西医结合护理方案。比较两组患儿临床症状改善时间、住院时间、中医证候积分、炎症指标（CRP、IL-6）及不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%，显著高于对照组的85.0%（P<0.05）；观察组发热、腹泻、呕吐等症状消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组中医证候积分改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组CRP、IL-6水平下降幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组家属护理满意度（97.5%）高于对照组（80.5%）（P<0.05）。观察组皮肤相关不良反应15（37.5%）高于对照组（7.5%）（P<0.05）。结论 中西医结合护理方案能安全有效缓解鼠伤寒患儿临床症状，缩短病程，改善炎症指标，提高家属满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect and advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing program (pediatric massage + acupoint application + traditional Chinese medicine hot compress) in the clinical treatment of children with typhoid fever.
Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 children with typhoid fever and Salmonella enteritis admitted to the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2023 to October 2025. These 80 children were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine anti-infection treatment and standard nursing care, while the observation group received integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing care in addition to the routine treatment. The study compared the improvement time of clinical symptoms, length of hospital stay, TCM syndrome scores, inflammatory markers (CRP, IL-6), and adverse reactions between two groups of children.
Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.0%, significantly higher than the 85.0% in the control group (P<0.05). The disappearance time of symptoms such as fever, diarrhea, and vomiting, as well as the length of hospital stay, were shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The improvement in TCM syndrome scores after treatment was better in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The decrease in CRP and IL-6 levels was greater in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). Family satisfaction with nursing care was higher in the observation group (97.5%) than in the control group (80.5%) (P<0.05). The incidence of skin-related adverse reactions (15) was higher in the observation group (37.5%) than in the control group (7.5%) (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The integrated TCM and Western medicine nursing program can safely and effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with typhus, shorten the course of disease, improve inflammatory markers, and increase family satisfaction.
