摘要
目的 分析人文关怀护理在重症医学科患者临床治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2023年10月至2024年10月我院重症医学科收者，按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组（n=44）和对照组（n=44）。对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上实施人文关怀护理。比较两组干预前后焦虑、抑郁评分及住院患者护理工作满意度。结果 观察组心理状态评分（SAS 评分35.41±3.12、SDS评分34.51±3.26）低于对照组（SAS评分48.25±3.69，SDS评分45.16±3.52），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组住院患者护理工作总满意度95.45%高于对照组79.54%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）结论 在为重症医学科患者开展护理干预治疗时，实施人文关怀护理能够改善患者不良情绪，提高患者治疗的配合度，提高其住院患者护理工作满意度。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanistic care nursing in the clinical treatment of critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. Methods Patients admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were randomly divided into an observation group (n=44) and a control group (n=44) using a random number table. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received humanistic care nursing care in addition to routine nursing care. Anxiety and depression scores and patient satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results The psychological status scores of the observation group (SAS score 35.41±3.12, SDS score 34.51±3.26) were lower than those of the control group (SAS score 48.25±3.69, SDS score 45.16±3.52), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall satisfaction rate of inpatient nursing care in the observation group (95.45%) was higher than that in the control group (79.54%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion When carrying out nursing intervention for critical care patients, implementing humanistic care can improve patients' negative emotions, increase their cooperation with treatment, and improve their satisfaction with nursing care.
