摘要
目的 观察火龙罐综合灸对阳虚水泛型心力衰竭患者胃肠功能不全的临床疗效。方法 选择2024年4月到2025年4月在我院住院的74例阳虚水泛型心衰患者，根据随机数字表法随机分为对照组37例、干预组37例。对照组采用常规治疗及护理，干预组在对照组的基础上予腹部进行火龙罐综合灸治疗，干预周期为7天。观察两组患者治疗前后胃肠功能不全评分及治疗后满意度。结果 干预7天后，干预组患者胃肠功能评分低于对照组，患者满意度高于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 火龙罐综合灸能改善阳虚水泛型心衰患者胃肠功能不全症状，提高患者的满意度。

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fire Dragon Cupping combined with moxibustion in improving gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with heart failure of Yang Deficiency and Water Flooding pattern. Methods A total of 74 hospitalized patients with heart failure of Yang Deficiency and Water Flooding pattern were selected from April 2024 to April 2025 and randomly divided into a control group (n=37) and an intervention group (n=37) using a random number table. The control group received conventional treatment and nursing care, while the intervention group received additional abdominal Fire Dragon Cupping combined with moxibustion for a 7-day intervention period. Gastrointestinal dysfunction scores and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After 7 days of intervention, the gastrointestinal function score in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and patient satisfaction was higher, with both differences being statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fire Dragon Cupping combined with moxibustion can improve gastrointestinal dysfunction and enhance patient satisfaction in individuals with heart failure of Yang Deficiency and Water Flooding pattern.
