Construction of a sensitive index system for nursing quality in the risk assessment of venous catheter bloodstream infection in lung cancer patients based on the Delphi method

摘要
目的 基于德尔菲法构建肺癌患者静脉导管血流感染风险评估护理质量敏感指标体系,为护理人员提供科学、准确的评估工具,以提高护理质量和降低感染风险。方法 通过文献综述梳理相关研究成果和指南,了解静脉导管血流感染评估标准和方法,提取性资料,构建肺癌患者静脉导管血流感染风险评估护理质量敏感指标体系框架,并采用德尔菲专家函询法形成最终指标体系。结果 两轮函询,专家问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家积极系数均为100%;权威系数分别为0.866、0.898,协调系数在0.347~0.911之间,最终构建的肺癌患者静脉导管血流感染风险评估护理质量敏感指标体系包括一级指标4个、二级指标15个、三级指标28个。结论 本研究构建科学、全面的肺癌患者静脉导管血流感染风险评估护理质量敏感指标体系能够全面评估患者感染风险,为护理干预和管理提供科学指导和依据。

Abstract
Objective To establish a sensitive index system for the risk assessment of venous catheter bloodstream infection in lung cancer patients based on the Delphi method, providing scientific and accurate assessment tools for nursing staff to improve nursing quality and reduce the risk of infection. Methods Through literature review, relevant research results and guidelines were sorted out to understand the assessment standards and methods of venous catheter bloodstream infection. Data were extracted to construct the framework of a sensitive index system for nursing quality in the risk assessment of venous catheter bloodstream infection in lung cancer patients. The final index system was formed by using the Delphi expert inquiry method. Results In both rounds of inquiries, the effective recovery rate of the expert questionnaires was 100%, and the positive coefficient of the experts was also 100%. The authority coefficients were 0.866 and 0.898 respectively, and the coordination coefficients ranged from 0.347 to 0.911. The final constructed sensitive index system for the risk assessment of venous catheter bloodstream infection in lung cancer patients included 4 first-level indicators, 15 second-level indicators, and 28 third-level indicators. Conclusion The construction of a scientific and comprehensive sensitive index system for the risk assessment of venous catheter bloodstream infection in lung cancer patients can comprehensively evaluate the infection risk of patients and provide scientific guidance and basis for nursing intervention and management.
