Analysis of the application effect of humanized concept in the clinical nursing pathway of lung cancer chemotherapy and its impact on quality of life
人性化理念在肺癌化疗临床护理路径中的应用效果及生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 探究人性化理念在肺癌化疗临床护理路径中的应用效果及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2022年12月共计100例接受化疗治疗的肺癌患者，根据随机数法分为对照组（n=50 采用基础护理措施）和观察组（n=50 采用人性化理念护理，对比两组患者的病症恢复效果、负面情绪评分、生活质量以及不良反应率。结果 观察组恢复有效率高于对照组（p＜0.05）；观察组护理后负面情绪评分低于对照组（p＜0.05）；观察组护理后生活质量高于对照组（p＜0.05）；两组患者不良反应无明显差异（p＞0.05）。结论 通过在对肺癌化疗患者的临床护理路径中融入人性化理念的原则，患者于接受护理后的病症恢复效果更高，可显著改善患者长期用药以及病症影响下的负面情绪，对提高患者生活质量具有良好的使用效果，且治疗后安全性较高，不良反应可得到有效控制，临床使用和推广价值较高。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized concept in the clinical nursing pathway of lung cancer chemotherapy and its influence on the quality of life.
Methods A total of 100 lung cancer patients who received chemotherapy from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group (n=50, with basic nursing measures) and the observation group (n=50, with humanized concept nursing) according to the random number method. The disease recovery effect, negative emotion score, quality of life and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.
Results The recovery effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05); The negative emotion score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group (p < 0.05). The quality of life of the observation group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (p < 0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups of patients (p > 0.05).
Conclusion   By integrating the principle of humanized concept into the clinical nursing pathway for lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, the recovery effect of patients after receiving nursing is higher. It can significantly improve the negative emotions of patients due to long-term medication and the influence of the disease, has a good application effect on improving the quality of life of patients, and the safety after treatment is relatively high, and adverse reactions can be effectively controlled. It has relatively high clinical application and promotion value.
