摘要

作为治疗肿瘤的常用方法，化疗是通过化学药物对癌细胞的生长进行抑制或杀死，但同时也会对人体正常细胞产生影响，特别是毛囊细胞、骨髓细胞、消化道黏膜细胞等，从而导致患者出现腹泻、便秘、口腔溃疡、食欲减退、恶心、呕吐等诸多副作用。本文研究的主要目的，是针对儿童肿瘤化疗患者，在日常生活中如何做好家庭护理，帮助患儿更好地应对化疗带来的不良影响，最大程度降低并发症带来的风险，促进患儿身心健康的恢复。

Abstract

As a commonly used method for treating tumors, chemotherapy inhibits or kills the growth of cancer cells through chemical drugs. However, it also affects normal cells in the human body, especially hair follicle cells, bone marrow cells, digestive tract mucosal cells, etc., leading to many side effects such as diarrhea, constipation, oral ulcers, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, etc. in patients. The main purpose of this study is to explore how to provide home care for pediatric cancer chemotherapy patients in their daily lives, help them better cope with the adverse effects of chemotherapy, minimize the risk of complications, and promote the recovery of their physical and mental health.
