摘要
目的 研究系统口腔护理用于牙周病的作用。方法 随机均分2024年8月-2025年7月本院接诊牙周病病人（N=90）。试验组采取系统口腔护理，对照组行常规护理。对比牙龈出血指数等指标。结果 关于口腔保健知识认知度的评定结果：试验组（89.75±4.51）分，对照组（64.27±5.17）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。牙周出血指数和牙周袋深度与牙菌斑指数：试验组低于对照组（P＜0.05）。满意度：试验组95.56%，对照组77.78%，P＜0.05。护理质量：试验组（98.53±0.86）分，对照组（91.74±1.03）分，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 牙周病病人用系统口腔护理，其口腔保健知识认知度与牙周指标、满意度和护理质量均得到显著改善。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of systematic oral care in periodontal disease. Methods Randomly divide patients with periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from August 2024 to July 2025 (N=90). The experimental group received systematic oral care, while the control group received routine care. Compare indicators such as gingival bleeding index. Results Regarding the assessment of oral health knowledge awareness, the experimental group scored (89.75±4.51) points, while the control group scored (64.27±5.17) points, with a significant difference (P<0.05). The periodontal bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth, and plaque index were lower in the experimental group than in the control group (P<0.05). Satisfaction: 95.56% in the experimental group and 77.78% in the control group, P＜0.05。 Nursing quality: The experimental group scored (98.53±0.86) points, while the control group scored (91.74 ± 1.03) points, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with periodontal disease who receive systematic oral care have significantly improved their awareness of oral health knowledge, periodontal indicators, satisfaction, and nursing quality.
