Evaluation of the effectiveness of social psychological nursing model in improving the psychological state of cancer patients before intervention therapy
社会心理护理模式在改善癌症患者介入治疗前心理状态的效果评估

摘要

目的 调查社会心理护理模式在改善癌症患者介入治疗前心理状态的效果。方法 本次研究采用对照形式，选取2023年2月—2024年2月期间收治的120例拟行介入治疗的癌症患者，采用随机数字表法将患者分为两个小组，观察组60例患者，对照组60例患者，对照组的患者实施常规护理模式，观察组患者采用社会心理护理模式进行干预，以此比较各项指标。结果 比较两组心理状态，发现观察组的HAMA评分与HAMD评分均显示更低，分数越低表示患者心理状态越好，差异具有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）；比较两组患者干预后生活质量评分，发现观察组的生理功能、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康的评分具有显著优势，明显超越对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；比较两组患者治疗依从率，发现观察组的非常依从人数为58人，一般依从人数为1人，不依从人数为1人，依从率为98.33％，对照组非常依从人数为52人，一般依从人数为1人，不依从人数为7人，依从率为88.33％，两组间比较观察组依从率更高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；比较两组患者睡眠评分，观察组的患者在干预后的睡眠质量得到了显著提升，差异具有统计学意义，（P＜0.05）。结论 社会心理护理模式能够有效缓解癌症患者介入治疗前的焦虑和抑郁情绪，改善其生活质量，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of social psychological nursing mode on improving the psychological state of cancer patients before intervention therapy.
Methods This study adopted a controlled form and selected 120 cancer patients who were scheduled to undergo interventional therapy between February 2023 and February 2024. The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method: an observation group of 60 patients and a control group of 60 patients. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received social psychological nursing intervention to compare various indicators.
Results Comparing the psychological states of the two groups, it was found that the observation group had lower HAMA and HAMD scores. The lower the score, the better the patient's psychological state, and the difference was statistically significant, (P＜0.05); Comparing the quality of life scores of two groups of patients after intervention, it was found that the observation group had significant advantages in physiological function, social function, emotional function, and mental health scores, significantly surpassing the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Comparing the treatment compliance rates of two groups of patients, it was found that the observation group had 58 very compliant patients, 1 generally compliant patient, and 1 non compliant patient, with a compliance rate of 98.33%. The control group had 52 very compliant patients, 1 generally compliant patient, and 7 non compliant patients, with a compliance rate of 88.33%. The observation group had a higher compliance rate compared to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Comparing the sleep scores of two groups of patients, the observation group showed a significant improvement in sleep quality after intervention, and the difference was statistically significant, (P＜0.05).
Conclusion   The social psychological nursing model can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression in cancer patients before intervention treatment, improve their quality of life, and is worth promoting.
