摘要
目的 分析消毒供应中心护理质量控制在预防院内感染中的应用效果。方法 将2024年1月-2024年6月接收的90例患者为对比组，该阶段消毒供应中心实施普通护理，将2024年7月-2024年12月接收的90例患者为研究组，该阶段消毒供应中心实施护理质量控制，比较两组院内感染、护理不合格指数。结果 研究组院内感染（切口感染、呼吸系统感染、皮肤软组织感染）指数、护理不合格（回收、清洗、灭菌、包装）指数低于对比组（P＜0.05）。结论 消毒供应中心护理质量控制在预防院内感染中的应用效果满意，显著降低院内风险，提高整体医疗质量，提示消毒供应中心必须重视护理质量控制。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing quality control in disinfection supply center in preventing hospital acquired infections. Methods A total of 90 patients received from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected as the control group, and the disinfection supply center implemented general nursing during this period. The 90 patients received from July 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study group, and the disinfection supply center implemented nursing quality control during this period. The infection and nursing failure indices of the two groups were compared. Results The index of in-hospital infections (incision infections, respiratory system infections, skin and soft tissue infections) and the index of inadequate nursing care (recovery, cleaning, sterilization, packaging) in the research group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of nursing quality control in disinfection supply centers in preventing hospital acquired infections is satisfactory, significantly reducing hospital risks and improving overall medical quality. This suggests that disinfection supply centers must attach importance to nursing quality control.
