摘要
目的 探讨开展品管圈实践对腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者腹胀发生率的影响。方法 选取本院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者共84例(时段2025年1月-2025年7月),随机划分2个小组各42例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组开展品管圈实践活动。根据术后腹胀发生率、恢复指标评价2组干预效果。结果 对比2组患者术后腹胀发生率,观察组为4.76%,明显低于对照组19.05%,组间具备差异(P<0.05)。对比术后首次肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食时间,观察组各指标均短于对照组,组间具备差异(P<0.05)。结论 开展品管圈实践活动有助于减少腹腔镜胆囊切除术后患者腹胀发生,促进胃肠功能恢复。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle practice on the incidence of abdominal distension in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 84 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital were selected (From January 2025 to July 2025) and randomly divided into two groups of 42 patients each. The control group adopted the conventional nursing mode, while the observation group carried out quality control circle practice activities. Evaluate the intervention effect of two groups based on the incidence of postoperative abdominal distension and recovery indicators. Results The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was 4.76%, significantly lower than the control group's 19.05%, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Comparing the first anal exhaust time, first defecation time, bowel sound recovery time, and first eating time after surgery, all indicators in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and there were differences between the groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Conducting quality control circle practice activities can help reduce abdominal distension in patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy and promote gastrointestinal function recovery.
