摘要
目的 探讨对肿瘤患儿实施阶段性心理干预后对其治疗依从性以及负性情绪的影响。方法 纳入2024年3月—2025年3月期间收治的80例肿瘤患儿作为观察对象，随机分为对照组（40例接受常规护理）与观察组（40例接受阶段性心理干预）。对比两组治疗依从性、负性情绪以及家长满意度。结果 观察组负性情绪指标SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组，治疗依从性以及家长满意度评分高于对照组，均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 阶段性心理干预可有效提高肿瘤患儿的治疗依从性，缓解负性情绪，值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of staged psychological intervention on treatment compliance and negative emotions in children with cancer. Methods 80 children with tumors admitted between March 2024 and March 2025 were included as observation subjects and randomly divided into a control group (40 cases receiving routine care) and an observation group (40 cases receiving staged psychological intervention). Compare the treatment compliance, negative emotions, and parental satisfaction between two groups. Results The negative emotion indicators SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the treatment compliance and parental satisfaction scores were higher than those of the control group, both of which were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Staged psychological intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children with tumors, alleviate negative emotions, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
