Observation of family participatory accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in perioperative period of children with alveolar cleft
家庭参与式加速康复外科护理在牙槽嵴裂患儿围术期的观察

摘要

目的 浅析牙槽嵴裂患儿采用家庭参与式加速康复外科护理进行围术期指导的优势。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年12月本院接受治疗的牙槽嵴裂患儿30例，对照组为常规护理，观察组为家庭参与式加速康复外科护理，对比护理效果。结果 观察组患儿住院用时短于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）；此外，观察组儿童焦虑性情绪障评分低于对照组，对比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 针对牙槽嵴裂患儿实施家庭参与式加速康复外科护理的效果显著，有助于患儿早日康复，并缓解焦虑问题，干预效果确切。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the advantages of using family participatory accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing for perioperative guidance in children with alveolar cleft.
Methods Thirty children with alveolar cleft who received treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received family participatory accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing care. The nursing effects were compared.
Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); In addition, the anxiety and mood disorder scores of the observation group children were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of family participatory accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing for children with alveolar cleft has a significant effect, which helps them recover as soon as possible and alleviate anxiety problems. The intervention effect is definite.
