摘要
目的 分析优质护理在急性肠胃炎患者护理中的价值及对生活质量的影响。方法 本次研究对象为50例急性肠胃炎患者，抽取自本院2024年1月-2025年1月期间。经随机数字表法将上述患者分为常规组（常规护理）及优质组（优质护理），每组25例。评价两组症状消退时间及生活质量。结果 与常规组比较，优质组症状消退时间显短（P<0.05），且生活质量显高（P<0.05）。结论 优质护理在急性肠胃炎患者护理中具有显著价值，能够促进症状改善，提升患者生活质量，此种方法值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of high-quality nursing in the care of patients with acute gastroenteritis and its impact on their quality of life. Methods The study subjects were 50 patients with acute gastroenteritis, selected from our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. The above patients were randomly divided into a conventional group (conventional nursing) and a high-quality group (high-quality nursing) using a random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. Evaluate the duration of symptom resolution and quality of life for two groups. Results Compared with the conventional group, the high-quality group had significantly shorter symptom resolution time (P<0.05) and higher quality of life (P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing has significant value in the care of patients with acute gastroenteritis, which can promote symptom improvement and improve patients' quality of life. This method is worth promoting.
