The preventive effect of anticipatory nursing on neonatal red buttocks
预见性护理对新生儿红臀的预防作用

摘要

目的 探讨预见性护理对新生儿红臀的预防效果。方法 选取本院2023年9月-2024年9月收治的128例新生儿，按随机数字表法分组为对照组（常规护理，64例）和观察组（预见性护理，64例）。对比两组新生儿红臀发生率、家长护理技能掌握程度、家长对护理模式的满意度。结果 护理后，观察组新生儿的红臀发生率低于对照组，家长的新生儿照护技能水平（卫生清洁、喂养方式、尿不湿更换）、护理满意度评分（护理态度、技能操作、健康宣教）均高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 预见性护理能有效预防新生儿红臀发生，提高家长对新生儿的照护技能水平，并提高家长对护理模式的满意程度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the preventive effect of anticipatory nursing on neonatal red buttocks.
Methods 128 newborns admitted to our hospital from September 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing, 64 cases) and an observation group (predictive nursing, 64 cases) using a random number table method. Compare the incidence of red buttocks in two groups of newborns, parents' mastery of nursing skills, and parents' satisfaction with nursing models.
Results After nursing, the incidence of red buttocks in the observation group of newborns was lower than that in the control group. Parents' newborn care skills (hygiene, feeding methods, diaper replacement) and nursing satisfaction scores (nursing attitude, skill operation, health education) were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Proactive nursing can effectively prevent the occurrence of red buttocks in newborns, improve parents' nursing skills for newborns, and increase parents' satisfaction with nursing models.
