摘要
目的 讨论及研究温灸刮痧联合自血疗法治疗顽固性瘙痒的疗效观察及护理。方法 选择我院在2024年6月份至2025年6月份收治的80例患者进行研究，所有患者均提供温灸刮痧联合自血疗法治疗，对照组常规护理，实验组针对性护理，对比两组患者治疗效果，评估患者治疗前后的瘙痒评分，对比患者的睡眠质量。结果 实验组患者治疗效果更佳，p<0.05，对比患者的瘙痒评分，实验组优于对照组，p<0.05，分析患者的睡眠质量，实验组患者的睡眠质量优于对照组，p<0.05。结论 对顽固性瘙痒患者提供温灸刮痧联合自血疗法，并给予有效的护理，可以提升患者治疗效果，改善患者的瘙痒症状，促进其恢复。

Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and nursing care of warm moxibustion-Gua Sha combined with autologous blood therapy in treating refractory pruritus. Methods A total of 80 patients admitted to our hospital between June 2024 and June 2025 were selected for study. All patients received combined warm moxibustion-Gua Sha and autologous blood therapy. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received targeted nursing care. Treatment outcomes were compared between the two groups, with assessments of pre-and post-treatment pruritus scores and sleep quality. Results The experimental group demonstrated better treatment efficacy (p<0.05), superior pruritus scores (p<0.05), and improved sleep quality (p<0.05) compared to the control group. Conclusion Providing warm moxibustion-Gua Sha combined with autologous blood therapy for refractory pruritus, along with effective nursing care, can enhance treatment outcomes, alleviate pruritus symptoms, and promote recovery.
