Study on the effect of nursing intervention in the operating room on preventing infection of sterile surgical incisions in orthopedics
手术室护理干预对预防骨科无菌手术切口感染的效果研究

摘要

目的 对骨科无菌手术患者中施以手术室护理干预方式的价值进行明确。方法 以2024年2月至2025年2月期间院内满足手术指征并接受骨科无菌手术方案治疗的69例患者作为试验观察对象，试验分组按照随机数字表法进行，包括对照组（34例）、观察组（35例），不同小组护理模式分别以常规手段、手术室护理干预手段开展，分析比较其结果。结果 相较于对照组，观察组切口感染及感染并发症例数占比更少（P＜0.05），表示安全性良好；观察组临床指标数据更低（P＜0.05），表示护理效果更佳。结论 于骨科无菌手术患者中施以手术室护理干预方式，对预防切口感染及感染并发症有着重要意义。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the value of operating room nursing intervention in orthopedic aseptic surgery patients.
Methods A total of 69 patients who met the surgical indications and received aseptic surgical treatment in the orthopedic department between February 2024 and February 2025 were selected as the experimental observation subjects. The experimental groups were divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (35 cases) according to a random number table method. Different nursing modes were carried out using conventional methods and operating room nursing interventions, and the results were analyzed and compared.
Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower proportion of incision infections and infection complications (P<0.05), indicating good safety; The observation group had lower clinical indicator data (P<0.05), indicating better nursing outcomes.
Conclusion   The implementation of operating room nursing intervention in orthopedic aseptic surgery patients is of great significance in preventing incision infection and infection complications.
