摘要
目的 探究糖尿病社区护理中用家庭医生签约服务的作用。方法 随机均分2024年1月-2025年1月本院接诊糖尿病病人（N=86）。试验组社区护理期间运用家庭医生签约服务，对照组行社区护理。对比血糖等指标。结果 关于依从性：试验组97.67%，对照组 86.0%，P＜0.05。糖化血红蛋白、空腹和餐后2h血糖:干预后：试验组（6.21±0.76）%、（5.82±0.74）mmol/L、（8.97±1.26）mmol/L，对照组（7.45±0.95）%、（6.74±0.91）mmol/L、（9.89±1.54）mmol/L，差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 糖尿病病人社区护理中运用家庭医生签约服务，可显著提升其疗效与血糖控制效果。

Abstract
Objective To explore the role of using family doctors to contract services in diabetes community care. Methods Patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups from January 2024 to January 2025 (N=86). During the community nursing period, the experimental group used family doctor contract services, while the control group received community nursing. Compare blood sugar and other indicators. Results Regarding compliance: 97.67% in the experimental group and 86.0% in the control group, P＜0.05。 Glycated hemoglobin, fasting and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose: After intervention, the experimental group had (6.21±0.76)%, (5.82±0.74) mmol/L, and (8.97±1.26) mmol/L, while the control group had (7.45±0.95)%, (6.74±0.91) mmol/L, and (9.89±1.54) mmol/L, with significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of family doctor contract service in community care for diabetes patients can significantly improve its efficacy and blood sugar control effect.
