Application of continuity nursing intervention in the care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage and evaluation of its impact on anxiety and depression emotions
延续性护理干预在脑出血患者护理中的应用及对焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响评价

摘要

目的 对脑出血患者护理中施以延续性护理干预方式的价值进行明确，旨在为脑出血护理研究提供参考。方法 以2024年1月至2025年1月期间院内临床综合诊断为脑出血的69例患者作为试验观察对象，试验分组按照随机数字表法进行，包括对照组（34例）、观察组（35例），不同小组护理模式分别以常规手段、延续性护理手段开展，分析比较其结果。结果 经组间数据比较，对比的对象之间结果P<0.05，表现出显著差异，焦虑、抑郁情绪方面表示观察组更轻，自我护理能力方面表示观察组更强。结论 于脑出血患者护理中施以延续性护理干预方式，对减轻焦虑与抑郁情绪有着重要意义，有助于提高自我护理能力水平。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the value of continuous nursing intervention in the care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, aiming to provide reference for research on cerebral hemorrhage nursing.
Methods A total of 69 patients diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage in the hospital from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the experimental observation subjects. The experimental groups were divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (35 cases) using a random number table method. Different nursing modes were implemented using conventional and continuous nursing methods, and the results were analyzed and compared.
Results As a result of inter group data comparison, the results showed significant differences with P<0.05 among the compared subjects. In terms of anxiety and depression, the observation group had milder symptoms, while in terms of self-care ability, the observation group had stronger symptoms.
Conclusion   Continuous nursing intervention in the care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage is of great significance in reducing anxiety and depression, and helps to improve self-care ability.
