摘要
核医学科护理工作与放射性药物使用、特殊检查密切相关，其质量管控直接关系检查准确性与医护人员健康。本文主要以如何做好核医学科护理工作为重点进行阐述，首先分析核医学科护理环节的质量隐患，其次从完善制度体系，构建标准化质量管控框架；引入技术工具，提升护理质量管控效率；强化人员培训，提升护理团队专业素养几个方面深入说明并探讨核医学科护理环节质量的有效改进措施，旨在推动核医学护理工作规范化、精细化发展。

Abstract
The nursing practice in nuclear medicine departments is closely tied to the administration of radiopharmaceuticals and specialized diagnostic procedures. The quality control of these processes directly impacts both the accuracy of examinations and the health of medical staff. This article focuses on optimizing nursing care in nuclear medicine departments. It begins by analyzing potential quality risks in nursing workflows, then explores effective improvement strategies establishing comprehensive institutional frameworks for standardized quality control, implementing advanced technical tools to enhance management efficiency, strengthening staff training programs to elevate professional competencies, and promoting standardized protocols to ensure meticulous care delivery. These measures aim to advance the standardization and refinement of nursing practices in nuclear medicine departments.
