Application methods and effectiveness analysis of pain management in spinal orthopedic nursing care
疼痛管理在脊柱骨科护理管理中的应用方法及效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨疼痛管理在脊柱骨科护理管理中的应用方法及效果。方法 选取2023年1月~2025年4月期间本院脊柱骨科治疗的70例患者，经随机数字表法分为对照组与疼管组,各35例。对照组根据患者脊柱疾病治疗方案实施常规护理，疼管组增加疼痛管理，对比两组疼痛程度，并观察两组脊柱功能和生活质量改善情况。结果 疼管组术后12h（2.02±0.39分）、2d（2.12±0.32分）和3d疼痛程度VAS评分（1.95±0.45分）显著低于对照组（2.78±0.35分、3.24±0.51分、3.18±0.42分）（P<0.05）。疼管组术后4周脊柱功能JOA评分和生活质量KPS评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 结合脊柱骨科患者个体需求，实施针对性疼痛管理，可有效提升镇痛效果，并可改善患者脊柱功能和生活质量，护理效果可靠。

Abstract

Objective Exploring the application methods and effects of pain management in spinal orthopedic nursing care.
Methods Seventy patients treated in the orthopedic spine department of our hospital from January 2023 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a pain management group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine care according to the treatment plan for spinal diseases, while the pain management group received additional pain management. The pain levels of both groups were compared, and the improvement in spinal function and quality of life was observed.
Results The VAS scores of pain severity in the pain management group at 12 hours (2.02 ± 0.39 points), 2 days (2.12 ± 0.32 points), and 3 days after surgery (1.95 ± 0.45 points) were significantly lower than those in the control group (2.78 ± 0.35 points, 3.24 ± 0.51 points, 3.18 ± 0.42 points) (P<0.05). The JOA score of spinal function and KPS score of quality of life in the pain management group were significantly higher than those in the control group 4 weeks after surgery (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing targeted pain management based on the individual needs of spinal orthopedic patients can effectively improve the analgesic effect, enhance spinal function and quality of life, and ensure reliable nursing outcomes.
