摘要
目的 为提高泌尿外科上尿路结石术后患者康复效果，对多学科团队协作护理及渐进式综合康复护理的效果进行探究。方法 以2024年8月-2025年8月为研究时间，择取期间内在本院泌尿外科行手术治疗的上尿路结石患者中的120例为研究对象，依照入组顺序随机分组，对照组（60例）采用常规护理，观察组（60例）采用多学科团队协作护理及渐进式综合康复护理，从术后生命体征指标、术后康复指标、护理满意度展开数据研究，对比护理效果。结果 统计研究表明，采用多学科团队协作护理及渐进式综合康复护理的观察组患者术后生命体征指标、术后康复指标各项数据明显优于对照组，护理满意度更高，数据差异明显，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论 分析表明，在上尿路结石术后患者的护理中，实施多学科团队协作护理及渐进式综合康复护理可有效提高患者的康复效果，护理效果显著，此护理方案建议推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To improve the rehabilitation outcomes of patients after upper urinary tract stone surgery in the Department of Urology, this study explored the effects of multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing and progressive comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. Methods From August 2024 to August 2025, 120 patients who underwent surgical treatment for upper urinary tract stones in our hospital's urology department were selected as subjects. According to their enrollment order, patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (60 cases) received routine care, while the observation group (60 cases) received multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing and progressive comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. Data were collected on postoperative vital signs, postoperative recovery indicators, and nursing satisfaction to compare nursing outcomes. Results Statistical analysis showed that the observation group, which received multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing and progressive comprehensive rehabilitation nursing, had significantly better postoperative vital signs and recovery indicators than the control group. Nursing satisfaction was also higher, with the differences being statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The analysis indicates that implementing multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing and progressive comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients after upper urinary tract stone surgery can effectively improve rehabilitation outcomes and achieve significant nursing effects. This nursing approach is recommended for wider application.
