摘要
目的 探讨耳鼻喉护理操作技能教学中,采取微视频反例教学法对于提升教学质量的意义。方法 样本对象为2024年1月至2025年3月期间在本院耳鼻喉科实习的50名护生,根据实习时间先后分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取常规的教学方法,观察组采取微视频反例教学法,对比两组考核成绩、临床思维能力以及教学满意度。结果 观察组护生外耳道滴药、鼻腔冲洗等操作考核得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床思维能力高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的教学满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%。结论 耳鼻喉科护理操作技能教学中,使用微视频反例教学法能够有效提升教学质量,并且获得护生的认可。

Abstract
Objective To explore the significance of using micro video counter example teaching method in the teaching of ear, nose and throat nursing operation skills to improve teaching quality. Methods The sample subjects were 50 nursing students who interned in the ENT department of our hospital from January 2024 to March 2025. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to their internship time. The control group adopts conventional teaching methods, while the observation group adopts micro video counter example teaching method. The assessment scores, clinical thinking ability, and teaching satisfaction of the two groups are compared. Results The assessment scores for external auditory canal drip and nasal flushing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The clinical thinking ability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); The satisfaction rate of the observation group's teaching was 100.00%, which was higher than the control group's 80.00%. Conclusion The use of micro video counter example teaching method in the teaching of nursing operation skills in otolaryngology can effectively improve teaching quality and gain recognition from nursing students.
