Exploration of the impact of nursing quality index management on the nursing quality of critically ill patients
护理质量指标管理对危重症患者护理质量的影响探讨

摘要

目的 对危重症患者中施以护理质量指标管理方式的价值进行明确。方法 以2024年7月至2025年7月期间院内临床危重症患者69例患者作为试验观察对象，试验分组按照随机数字表法进行，包括对照组（34例）、观察组（35例），不同小组护理模式分别以常规手段、护理质量指标管理手段开展，分析比较其结果（包括并发症发生情况以及护理质量）。结果 经组间数据比较，对比的对象之间结果P<0.05，表现出显著差异，总并发症发生率方面表示观察组更低，护理质量方面表示观察组更好。结论 于危重症患者中施以护理质量指标管理方式，对提高护理质量有着重要意义，有助于降低并发症风险，护理安全性较好。

Abstract

Objective To clarify the value of implementing nursing quality indicator management in critically ill patients.
Methods A total of 69 critically ill clinical patients in the hospital from July 2024 to July 2025 were selected as the experimental observation subjects. The experimental groups were divided into a control group (34 cases) and an observation group (35 cases) using a random number table method. Different nursing modes were implemented using conventional methods and nursing quality index management methods, and the results were analyzed and compared, including the occurrence of complications and nursing quality.
Results After comparing the data between groups, the results showed a significant difference (P<0.05) among the compared subjects. In terms of the overall incidence of complications, the observation group had a lower rate, while in terms of nursing quality, the observation group had a better rate.
Conclusion   Implementing nursing quality indicator management in critically ill patients is of great significance in improving nursing quality, reducing the risk of complications, and ensuring good nursing safety.
