摘要
目的 分析在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的临床护理方案中应用中医康复护理干预的效果。方法 将2022年1月-2023年10月内就诊的脑卒中吞咽障碍80例随机分40例实施常规护理干预，观察组40例增加中医康复护理干预，对比两组吞咽功能和生存质量评分、护理满意度。结果 治疗前，两组患者观察指标对比差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05），治疗后，观察组安德森吞咽困难量表评分高于对照组，UW-QOL生存低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的临床护理方案中应用中医康复护理干预可提高吞咽功能恢复，让患者受益。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing value of applying traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention in the clinical nursing plan of stroke patients with swallowing disorders. Methods 80 cases of stroke swallowing disorders treated between January 2022 and October 2023 were randomly divided into 40 cases for routine nursing intervention, and 40 cases in the observation group were added with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention. The swallowing function and quality of life scores, as well as nursing satisfaction, were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the observed indicators between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). After treatment, the Anderson Dysphagia Scale score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, UW-QOL survival was lower than that in the control group, and nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation nursing intervention in the clinical nursing plan of stroke patients with swallowing disorders can improve swallowing function recovery and benefit patients.
