Empirical study on strategies for enhancing the teaching ability of clinical nursing teaching officers based on action research

摘要
目的 分析基于行动研究的临床护理教学干事教学能力提升策略及效果。方法 将本院2024年1月-2025年8月期间36名临床护理教学干事作为研究对象,对上述研究对象采取基于行动研究的临床护理教学,观察比较干预前后临床护理教学干事的教学质控成绩及教学查房能力。结果 干预后教学干事的教学质控总成绩、教学查房能力相比干预前明显提升,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于行动研究的分层分类培训、情境化教学及动态反馈机制,能有效提升临床护理教学干事的教学质控能力与教学查房水平,值得在临床护理教学管理中推广应用。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the strategies and effects of improving the teaching ability of clinical nursing teaching staff based on action research. Methods 36 clinical nursing teaching officers from January 2024 to August 2025 in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. Adopting action research based clinical nursing teaching for the above-mentioned research subjects, observing and comparing the teaching quality control scores and teaching ward round abilities of clinical nursing teaching officers before and after intervention. Results After intervention, the overall teaching quality control score and teaching ward inspection ability of the teaching staff were significantly improved compared to before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Layered classification training based on action research, situational teaching, and dynamic feedback mechanism can effectively improve the teaching quality control ability and teaching ward round level of clinical nursing teaching staff, and are worthy of promotion and application in clinical nursing teaching management.
