摘要
目的 分析ICU护理教学采用医疗查房与护理教学查房结合的效果。方法 选取本院60名ICU实习护生，随机分为2组各30名。对照组采用常规教学模式，观察组采用医疗查房与护理教学查房结合模式。对比2组教学成效。结果 观察组教学指标优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 ICU护理教学采用医疗查房与护理教学查房结合模式可提升教学效果。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of combining medical ward rounds with nursing teaching ward rounds in ICU nursing teaching. Methods Sixty intern nurses in the ICU of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 in each group. The control group adopted the conventional teaching mode, while the observation group adopted the combined mode of medical ward rounds and nursing teaching ward rounds. Compare the teaching effectiveness of the two groups. Results The teaching indicators of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of medical ward rounds and nursing teaching ward rounds in ICU nursing teaching can improve the teaching effect.
