The impact of the accountability nursing model on nursing quality and disease recovery in patients with coronary heart disease
责任制护理模式对冠心病患者护理质量及病情康复的影响

摘要

目的 探讨责任制护理模式对冠心病患者护理质量及病情康复的影响。方法 选取我院2024年10月—2025年10月收治的80例冠心病患者作为研究对象，依据入院时间分为对照组（n=40）和试验组（n=40），对照组采用常规护理模式，试验组在此基础上采用责任制护理模式，针对两组患者的护理质量、病情康复情况进行比较。结果 试验组的护理质量优于对照组（P＜0.05）；心绞痛稳定度高于对照组，心绞痛发作次数少于对照组，活动受限情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在冠心病患者的护理中，责任制护理模式有利于改善护理质量，为患者病情康复提供支持，临床应用价值较大。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of the responsibility based nursing model on the quality of nursing care and recovery of patients with coronary heart disease.
Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from October 2024 to October 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a control group (n=40) and an experimental group (n=40) based on their admission time. The control group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received responsibility based nursing care. The nursing quality and recovery status of the two groups of patients were compared.
Results The nursing quality of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05); The stability of angina pectoris was higher than that of the control group, the number of angina attacks was less than that of the control group, and the degree of restricted activity was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing of patients with coronary heart disease, the responsibility based nursing model is beneficial for improving nursing quality, providing support for patient recovery, and has great clinical application value.
