The impact of enhanced recovery after surgery combined with precision nursing on rehabilitation outcomes and negative emotions in patients after meningioma surgery
加速康复外科联合精细化护理对脑膜瘤术后患者康复效果、负性情绪的影响

摘要

目的 探讨分析对接受手术治疗的脑膜瘤患者实施加速康复外科联合精细化护理的效果。方法 选取76例脑膜瘤患者进行研究，参照组接受常规护理，研究组38例接受加速康复外科联合精细化护理。观察对两组的护理效果。结果 研究组的护理效果以及相关指标较参照组更高，（P＜0.05）。结论 对接受手术治疗的脑膜瘤患者实施加速康复外科联合精细化护理，能够有效强化对患者的照护效果，消除患者的风险因素，加快其康复速度。同时，可以调节患者的负性情绪，增强其对护理工作的依从性，保障护理内容的有效落实，促进生活自理能力的恢复，具有推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of implementing accelerated rehabilitation surgery combined with refined nursing for meningioma patients undergoing surgical treatment.
Methods A total of 76 patients with meningioma were selected for the study. The control group received routine care, while 38 patients in the intervention group received enhanced recovery after surgery combined with refined care. Observe the nursing effects on the two groups.
Results The nursing effect and related indicators of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing enhanced recovery after surgery combined with refined nursing for patients with meningioma undergoing surgical treatment can effectively enhance the care effect for patients, eliminate their risk factors, and accelerate their recovery speed. At the same time, it can regulate patients' negative emotions, enhance their compliance with nursing work, ensure the effective implementation of nursing content, promote the recovery of self-care ability, and has promotion value.
