The role of operating room nursing team’s multidisciplinary collaboration model (MDT) in optimizing complex surgical processes and improving patient satisfaction
手术室护理团队跨专业协作模式（MDT）对复杂手术流程优化及患者满意度的作用

摘要

目的 构建手术室护理团队主导的“术前评估-术中协同-术后随访”全周期MDT模式，探究其对复杂手术流程效率、不良事件及患者满意度的影响。方法 选取2023年3月-2025年3月96例复杂手术患者，随机分对照组（48例，常规护理）与实验组（48例，MDT模式）。对照组为“手术医师-护士”二元配合，实验组组建多学科MDT团队实施全周期协作，对比相关指标。结果 实验组手术准备时间（32.15±4.28）min、术中器械调换耗时（8.36±1.52）min短于对照组（P＜0.001）；不良事件发生率（4.17%vs18.75%，χ²=5.926，P=0.015）低，患者满意度（95.83%vs77.08%，χ²=6.652，P=0.010）高。结论 MDT模式可优化流程、降风险、提满意度，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To construct a full-cycle MDT model led by the operating room nursing team, which covers “preoperative evaluation-intraoperative collaboration-postoperative follow-up”, and to explore its impact on the efficiency of complex surgical processes, adverse events and patient satisfaction.
Methods A total of 96 patients undergoing complex surgeries from March 2023 to March 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group (48 cases, routine nursing) and an experimental group (48 cases, MDT model). The control group adopted the dual cooperation mode of “surgeon-nurse”, while the experimental group established a multidisciplinary MDT team to implement full-cycle collaboration. Relevant indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results The surgical preparation time(32.15±4.28 min)and intraoperative instrument change time(8.36±1.52 min)of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.001);the incidence of adverse events was lower(4.17%vs 18.75%, χ²=5.926,P=0.015),and the patient satisfaction was higher(95.83%vs 77.08%, χ²=6.652,P=0.010).
Conclusion   The MDT model can optimize the surgical process, reduce risks and improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion.
