Strengthen the application of health education in community care for patients with hypertension
强化健康教育在高血压患者社区护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨高血压患者实施强化教育护理干预的效果。方法 随机选取我院收治的112例高血压患者，所有患者均在2023年12月~2025年2月期间接受治疗，取56例接受常规社区护理（对照组），另56例加强健康教育（观察组）。对比两组患者的自我管理能力和血压情况，记录患者依从性变化。结果 护理前，两组自我管理能力、血压指标比较（p>0.05）；经护理，观察组自我护理能力明显升高，且其收缩压、舒张压水平降低，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组与对照组依从性比较（89.29%vs69.64%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对社区高血压患者采用加强健康教育的护理干预模式能提升患者依从性，且有利于控制患者血压稳定，值得临床上进一步推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of implementing intensive educational nursing intervention for patients with hypertension.
Methods A total of 112 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital were randomly selected. All patients received treatment from December 2023 to February 2025. Among them, 56 patients received routine community care (control group), and the other 56 patients received enhanced health education (observation group). The self-management ability and blood pressure of the two groups of patients were compared, and the changes in patients’ compliance were recorded.
Results Before the nursing care, the comparison of self-management ability and blood pressure indicators between the two groups (p>0.05); After nursing care, the self-care ability of the observation group significantly increased, and its systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels decreased. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The comparison of compliance between the observation group and the control group (89.29%vs69.64%) showed a statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The nursing intervention model of strengthening health education for hypertensive patients in the community can improve patients’ compliance and is conducive to controlling the stability of patients' blood pressure. It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
