当代大学生对中医特色护理认知状况的调查研究

摘要

目的 调查分析当代大学生对中医特色护理认知状况。方法 通过中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台等,检索2018-2023年期间的相关文献,系统梳理国内外研究现状,重点分析认知差异原因、课程干预效果等,设计《大学生对中医特色护理认知状况调查研究》问卷。采用线上线下结合方式发放问卷,其中线上通过问卷星平台定向推送至云南工商学院22级学生班级群,线下主要于图书馆、教学楼等场所进行纸质问卷发放。结果 本次调查显示,大学生整体认知程度上,仅7人表示“非常了解”,41人表示“比较了解”,中医特色护理技术识别方面,艾灸、拔罐、推拿的识别率居于前三位,分别为95.28%、90.57%、91.51%。大学生获取中医特色护理知识的渠道主要为学校课程与网络媒体,分别占比65.09%、68.87%。大学生对中医特色护理的接受度整体较高,其中92人(86.79%)表示“接受过相关服务”,中医特色护理服务满意度调查显示,34人表示“非常满意”,占比为32.08%,50人表示“比较满意”,占比为47.17%,合计总满意度达79.25%。在实践意愿调查中显示,52人表示“非常愿意”尝试中医特色护理改善健康,占比达49.06%,44人表示“比较愿意”,占比为41.51%。结论 当代大学生对中医特色护理的认知呈现普及度尚可、深度不足的特征,认知渠道主要依赖学校课程、网络媒体。存在中医特色护理的实践参与率与认知水平存在脱节情况。

Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the cognitive status of contemporary college students towards characteristic nursing of traditional Chinese medicine.
Methods Through China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, etc., relevant literature from 2018 to 2023 was retrieved. The current research status at home and abroad was systematically sorted out, with a focus on analyzing the reasons for cognitive differences and the effects of course intervention. A questionnaire titled “Investigation and Research on College Students’ Cognitive Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Nursing” was designed. Questionnaires were distributed through a combination of online and offline methods. Online, they were targeted and pushed to the class groups of the 22nd grade students of Yunnan University of Industry and Commerce through the Wenjuanxing platform. Offline, mainly paper questionnaires were distributed in places such as libraries and teaching buildings.
Results of this survey show that in terms of the overall cognitive level of college students, only 7 people said they “very understand”, and 41 people said they “relatively understand”. In terms of the recognition of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques, the recognition rates of moxibustion, cupping and massage ranked the top three, at 95.28%, 90.57% and 91.51% respectively. The main channels for college students to acquire knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing are school courses and online media, accounting for 65.09% and 68.87% respectively. The acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) characteristic nursing among college students is generally high. Among them, 92 people (86.79%) said they had “received related services”. The satisfaction survey of TCM characteristic nursing services shows that 34 people said they were “very satisfied”, accounting for 32.08%, and 50 people said they were “relatively satisfied”, accounting for 47.17%. The total satisfaction rate reached 79.25%. The survey on the willingness to practice shows that 52 people expressed “very willing” to try traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing to improve their health, accounting for 49.06%, and 44 people expressed “relatively willing”, accounting for 41.51%.
Conclusion   The cognition of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing among contemporary college students shows the characteristics of moderate popularity but insufficient depth. The cognitive channels mainly rely on school courses and online media. There is a disconnection between the practical participation rate and cognitive level of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing.
