Analysis of the effectiveness of diversified education models in the whole process management of day surgery patients
多元化宣教模式对日间手术患者全过程管理效果分析

摘要

目的 对于日间手术患者来说，对采用多元化宣教模式给患者健康知晓度和满意度的影响进行对比与分析。方法 纳入时间范围为2023年2月-2025年2月期间，以我院收治的54例日间手术患者展开研究，结合实际的宣教方式不同分组，具体划分为常规组与实验组，各组均为27例。常规组患者实行常规健康宣教，实验组患者采用多元化宣教模式，观察对比两组患者的健康知晓度、焦虑评分、自我护理效能评分、家属照护能力评分、护理满意度。结果 与常规组患者数据对比，实验组患者的健康知识知晓率明显更高（P＜0.05）。干预后，与常规组患者数据对比，实验组患者的焦虑情绪改善效果较为突出（P＜0.05）。干预后，与常规组患者数据对比，实验组患者的自我护理效能、家属照护能力等指标改善效果较为突出（P＜0.05）。结论 临床对于接受日间手术患者来说，采用多元化的健康宣教模式效果较为突出，不仅可以使得患者健康知晓度明显提升，改善焦虑情绪。另外，在切实改善自我护理效能水平的基础上，提升家属照护能力、护理满意度，建议临床实践应用以及推广。

Abstract

Objective To compare and analyze the impact of adopting a diversified education model on patients’ health awareness and satisfaction for day surgery patients.
Methods A study was conducted on 54 day surgery patients admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2025. The patients were divided into a control group and an experimental group based on actual educational methods, with 27 patients in each group. The routine group of patients received routine health education, while the experimental group of patients adopted a diversified education model. The health awareness, anxiety score, self-care efficacy score, family care ability score, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.
Results Compared with the data of the conventional group patients, the experimental group patients had a significantly higher awareness rate of health knowledge (P<0.05). After intervention, compared with the data of the conventional group patients, the experimental group patients showed a more prominent improvement effect on anxiety (P<0.05). After intervention, compared with the data of the conventional group patients, the experimental group patients showed more significant improvement in indicators such as self-care efficacy and family care ability (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients undergoing day surgery, adopting a diversified health education model is more effective in clinical practice. It can not only significantly increase patients’ health awareness but also improve their anxiety. In addition, on the basis of effectively improving the level of self-care efficacy, it is recommended to enhance the caregiving ability and nursing satisfaction of family members through clinical practice and promotion.
