摘要
目的 探究康复护理应用于小儿重症病毒性脑炎护理中的效果。方法 选取本院小儿重症病毒性脑炎患儿30例，时间2024年6月—2025年6月，进行随机分组，对照组15例，采用常规护理，观察组15例，采用康复护理，对比两组患者临床症状消失时间。结果 观察组患者临床症状消失时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 康复护理在小儿重症病毒性脑炎护理中的应用，有助于促进患儿临床症状改善，效果显著，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of children with severe viral encephalitis. Methods Thirty children with severe viral encephalitis in our hospital were selected from June 2024 to June 2025 and randomly grouped. There were 15 cases in the control group who received conventional care, and 15 cases in the observation group who received rehabilitation care. The disappearance time of clinical symptoms of the two groups was compared. Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of children with severe viral encephalitis is helpful to promote the improvement of clinical symptoms in children, with remarkable effects and is worthy of promotion.
